I felt that it went very well this year and there was plenty of room for everyone to either sit or stand during the networking portion of the event before the speakers started. The multiple drink stations were a big help to minimize lines, however they were not clearly identified. They could have been posted near the entrance so that contractors knew where to look when they entered. I want to make note that I was very impressed with the event and that it went quite well. What I am suggesting are just that, suggestions. I think they might help things run more smoothly, but they are not meant as a harsh criticism. The new style for the dinner portion of the night was fun and dynamic and allowed people to reconnect with those they did not see at the beginning of the event. It was a great idea to have people walking around instead of having to stay at their tables. However, the multiple small plates made things a little difficult at times. Handing out larger plates for participants to add to throughout the dinner would have been easier to handle. I saw lots of people going back and forth to their tables to drop off lots of small plates in order to get a full meal. The portions were a good size, but as I said, they could have been easily on one plate. Lastly, the desert station needed a little bit of help in the end when everyone was done with their dinner and wanted desert, but there was only one station. There was a very long line that took awhile to get through and did not allow the speaker to start on time because a good portion of the participants were still in the lobby getting another plate.

Again, I was very impressed, but of course there is always room for improvement and I hope that my comments may lend some helpful advice.

It was good but had some issues. It was loud, cramped, exhausting, confusing -- it wasn't explained that the Reser section was for construction-- but otherwise it was good and useful.
