The Administrative Modernization Program (AMP) is a series of initiatives to modernize and simplify day-to-day administrative work.

Through AMP, OSU will streamline processes and policies across HR, Finance, Budgeting, and Post-Award Research Activity. AMP will also introduce a new cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Workday, to replace Banner for Finance and HR.

Our Workday-enabled transformation will make administrative tasks easier and less time consuming, freeing-up time for mission-focused work and reducing administrative burden for faculty and staff.
