The Beaver Employee Association for Veteran Success (BEAVS) builds a supportive and inclusive professional community for Oregon State University employees who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces or who are committed to supporting veterans and veteran causes. Through community, education, and engagement, BEAVS strengthens recruitment, retention, and leadership capacity while fostering respect, awareness, and belonging across the OSU community.
