Center for the Humanities

Visit Organization Website

The Center for the Humanities is your connection to the outstanding humanities research at Oregon State University.

We elevate intellectual inquiry by providing OSU faculty with resources to advance their projects toward publication. We facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration through research clusters and working groups.
We support events on campus, in the community, and across the state that inspire conversations about today’s most challenging issues. And we honor student excellence in the arts and humanities.

We value curiosity, critical thinking, imagination, and deep engagement with questions about all the ways the human species acts within and upon our world.
