Doulas play a significant role in the health of pregnant women and their babies. This one-day summit shares findings from the community doula pilot project with InterCommunity Health Network Coordinated Care Organization (IHN CCO). The pilot matched pregnant women with a culturally and linguistically appropriate birth doulas in order to reduce c-section rates.

All maternity care professionals, Community and Traditional Health Workers, birth workers, policy makers, health insurance leaders, and any other community based providers are invited to attend for FREE.
