Dr. Yanyun Zhao has been named the 2023 University Distinguished Professor of Food Science and Technology. Her lecture entitled, "A Challenging Yet Rewarding Journey in Search of Sustainable Food Packaging Solutions" will be held on Wednesday, May 24 at 8:30 a.m. in the MU Horizon Room. The lecture will be followed by a Q&A moderated by Staci Simonich, Dean of the College of Agricultural Sciences.
