Join us as we celebrate the Civil and Construction Engineering Graduation Celebration.

Student Check-In: 6:15 p.m., Gill Coliseum
Doors Open to Guests: 6:15 p.m., Gill Coliseum
Ceremony: 7–8:30 p.m., Gill Coliseum

Students graduating in summer 2025, fall 2025, winter 2026, spring 2026 and summer 2026 are invited to participate. Students must register to participate, with registration opening May 1 and closing May 31.

Students are encouraged to attend the School Celebration on June 12 and the University Commencement Ceremony on June 13. Diplomas are only awarded at the university ceremony on June 13.

This is a CCE hardhat (or cap) and gown ceremony. Graduation gowns can be purchased from the Beaver Store or borrowed from a friend. Graduate students may also purchase a hood.

This is a public event. Participants will be photographed/videoed.

Information for Guests:
No guest tickets required; all are welcome.

Only clear bags are allowed in Gill Coliseum. Please refer to Oregon State Athletics’ clear bag policy for specific information on bag restrictions. To speed entry into Gill, travel light.

Do NOT bring these items to Gill:
Balloons – minimum fine of $150/balloon
Wrapped gifts
Alcohol/drugs

Please be advised, this is an athletics venue. Guest seating is not built for comfort.

Empty water containers and unopened bottled water are permitted.

Parking is free in most lots except in metered/reserved parking spaces. Do not park in R1/R2 lots.
