$5 Student-Led Strong Yoga Flow

Strong yoga flow includes dynamic flowing and vigorous postures to increase flexibility, strength, balance, as well as mindfulness and pranayama practices. This class incorporates body weight exercises throughout yoga flow sequences. Postures will move from floor to hands-and-knees to standing and feature vinyasa style sun salutations focusing on balance and strengthening of the whole body. This drop-in style class is suitable for active people, and a range of props will be offered. A general prerequisite to fully engage in the class includes the ability to bend knees, stand on one leg, bear weight on the hands, and get onto and up from the floor. This class is ideal for an athletic practitioner looking for a vigorous class, and is taught by an OSU student and early-career yoga teacher. Please bring your own yoga mat!

 

$5 cash (exact) or 0.5 class pass. If paying cash - no need to pre-register, just drop in! If this is your first visit to Marigold, please arrive about 5-10 min early to sign a liability waiver.
