ADA Design and Regulation (Zoom)

This class, delivered remotely via Zoom, is designed for planners, engineers, and technicians who are responsible for planning, design and operations of roadway systems. The class provides an overview of the design requirements for ADA design elements for all street users. The course introduces new elements of urban street designs that can increase access and inclusion, but also increase conflicts. The course quickly summarizes and builds on information provided in other workshops on Traffic Engineering Fundamentals, MUTCD and Traffic Signal Design.
