Program details:

The hybrid doctoral program is designed for higher education professionals who are interested in advancing into mid- to executive-level leadership positions at colleges and universities. The curriculum is designed to meet the needs of leaders at technical colleges, community colleges, and four-year colleges and universities. Coursework includes a focus on developing equity-minded leaders, including critical issues related to higher education administration, policy development, and equitable practices. Students will complete classes online and in-person at OSU’s Portland Center in downtown Portland. In-person sessions are held Thursday-Saturday, twice per term, for the first two years.
