This program focuses on the art and culture of China through an immersive educational experience designed to deepen students' understanding and appreciation of China's rich artistic and cultural heritage. The program's academic goals focus on exploring both historical and contemporary aspects of Chinese art, including painting, calligraphy, sculpture and architecture, as well as traditional and modern cultural practices. Students will engage in a variety of learning activities such as guided visits to iconic sites like the Forbidden City in Beijing, the Terracotta Army in Xi'an and the breathtaking Buddhist cave art at the Yungang Grottoes in Datong.
