Our one-day regional conference, the first of its kind in Oregon, is providing an opportunity for Black-identified growers -- farmers, producers, educators, advocates, and ranchers -- to gather, network, discuss experiences, build strategies, and learn about our history and our opportunities!! This work is a part of a larger effort to combine and share resources available to Black-identified people working, practicing, or doing business around food systems or growing a thriving food economy in the Oregon and SW Washington area. While this is a black-community centered and invited convening, we openly welcome folks who identify as Indigenous, POC, and/or food justice community builders.
