Calling all Recognized Student Org officers! Spark your leadership! Attend this one-day leadership retreat on Saturday, Nov. 1 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. to gain leadership skills to more effectively lead and support your club in pursuing its goals and mission! You will explore your personal strengths, identities, and values, to clarify your leadership style. You will participate in CEL’s core leadership workshops through activities, discussions, and reflections. Small groups will be a great opportunity to get to know other club leaders within the Beaver community, building connections and practicing relationship-building skills. Come learn how to lead your club in more intentional, relational, and inclusive ways! This retreat is intended to benefit you and your entire org!

Financial incentive: The first 30 Recognized Student Organizations (RSOs) to register an officer AND attend the retreat will receive $200 for your club to use for club events this year! The funds will come from the OSU Clubs & Orgs office. IMPORTANT: to receive the funds for your club, you must register AND attend the full event. Registering alone does not get you the funds. General club members (non-officers) can attend, but their club will not receive the funding.

Beavs Lead: Spark is designed for club/org officers but is open to all students who are excited to attend.
