Summer is just around the corner! How about welcoming the summer sun with a barbeque? But not just any regular barbeque… We’re talking about Benny’s Backyard Barbeque at Pangea Café! On Friday, June 1st from 10 AM to 3 PM, us senior Dietetics and Food Service students will be presenting an exciting, barbeque-inspired menu filled with delicious dishes! As a sneak-peak, our entrées range from our BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich to our Honey BBQ Chicken Wings to our Korean Beef Tacos. Of course, they’ll be served with sides, such as our Watermelon Mint Salad or Coleslaw. We’ve got our BBQ Salmon Slaw Salad and Strawberry Hazelnut Salad that come with a slice of cornbread, too. Our menu also boasts a Peach Cobbler served with vanilla ice cream. And our beverage? Bubbly Blueberry Lemonade. Hungry, yet? We definitely are.
