In this session, you'll learn where AI fits in today’s social landscape, explore different AI capabilities, and understand the outcomes they drive.

We'll also reflect on past Digital Transformation missteps to explore how we can mindfully apply AI in Business Transformation — empowering the campus of the future with meaningful, student-centered innovation. You'll see real examples of how AI is already enhancing the user experience within the ServiceNow platform to create smarter, more connected campus experiences.
