Bioinformatics Users Group (BUG): New Strategies to Develop Hidden Markov Models combining KEGG and Pfams, i.e. Leveraging unannotated sequences to create new Hidden Markov Models - Sonica Gupta (Maude David Lab, Microbiology), Wednesday April 22nd at 12pm online via Zoom. BUG consists of life scientists, bioinformaticians, computer scientists, mathematicians, engineers, statisticians, and researchers of all types who meet to discuss topics related to these fields of study.
