The Black Affairs Summit 2025 will be held in Portland, Oregon on May 22-23 at the Oregon State University Portland Center. This year, the summit has expanded to a two-day format and is focused on Black faculty and staff in higher education.

The theme for this year is Black Joy: Struggle, Resilience, and Restoration. 

Friday is Caucus Day. While everyone is welcome, this time will center community-building and development for Black-identifying professionals. The schedule for Caucus Day includes a light breakfast, thought-provoking concurrent sessions and fireside chat, catered lunch and abundant Black joy!

Attendees may also register for both days.  We look forward to seeing you in Portland this May!
