The President’s Commission on the Status of Women (PCOSW), the Office of Institutional Diversity (OID), the Office of the Provost and OSU Athletics are pleased to present Breaking Barriers: A Celebration of the Accomplishments and Impact of OSU Women. This event recognizes and celebrates the influential contributions women at Oregon State University have made to our community. 

Breaking Barriers Awards are open to anyone in the OSU community who has worked to advance women and gender equity in alignment with each of the award categories.  We accept nominations of faculty, staff, students and community members.  Award categories include Education, Research, Athletics, the PCOSW Community Builder, and the Harriet "Hattie" Redmond Award.

Nominations for the 2020 awards close Friday, May 15. Please submit nominations online at http://beav.es/4i9.  Nominators may submit multiple nominations but must submit a separate form for each nomination. Awardees will be honored at the annual Breaking Barriers Celebration, which will be scheduled for summer or fall 2020.
