The Calm Room is available to take a break and recharge during the busy academic year. There are passive, planned and guided activities. Please see the schedule below.

The Calm Room is in the Autzen Classroom on the 2nd (main) floor of The Valley Library.

The Calm Room might be closed for other activities happening in the Autzen Classroom. Please do not interrupt if a class is in progress. Thank you!  

These activities are scheduled to happen during the week:

• Friday, November 1, 12:00-2:00pm - Cedar, OSU's wellness dog, visits the library

During the week of October 28-November 4, 2024, these activities will be out for you to do on your own:

• Mini Mind Spa Corner
• Kinetic sand
• Make your own stress ball
• puzzles
• coloring
• Legos

The Calm Room is a partnership between OSU CAPS and The Valley Library.
