Calm Week is a chance to take a break and recharge during the busy academic year. There are different activities planned throughout the week with some self-guided activities available any time. Please see the schedule below.

Calm Week is happening in the Kow Lounge on the second (main) floor of the Valley Library.  

Calm Week is a partnership with OSU CAPS and The Valley Library.     

During the week of Feb. 3-10, these activities will be out for you to do on your own:

  • Take-and-make kits
  • Collective art project
  • Button rounds - decorate on your own then bring them to an event to finish making
  • Visions boards

These activities are scheduled to happen during the week:

  • Tuesday, Feb. 4, 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m. - Sculpting Self Care with air dry clay

  • Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2-3 p.m. - Affirmation in Bloom with paper flowers bouquets

  • Thursday, Feb. 6, 1-3: p.m. - Crafting Cards from the Heart with card making
