Calm Week is a chance to take a break and recharge during the busy academic year. There are different activities planned throughout the week with some self-guided activities available any time. Please see the schedule below.
Calm Week is happening in the Commons Corner on the second (main) floor of The Valley Library.
Calm Week is a partnership with OSU CAPS and The Valley Library.

Calm Week Activities
During the week of April 27-May 1, these activities will be out for you to do on your own:
- Analog bags - self-curated collections of items that are screen free
- Pop-up Mind Spa: please come to the Borrowing and Information Desk on the 2nd (main) floor at the library and ask for the key to the room.
