Campus Wild is a springtime program that invites all OSU and Corvallis community members to choose any non-human species on campus — a tree, bird, insect, fungus, flower, moss, mammal, or other organism — and spend time observing it. Participants then submit a creative response in one of six categories: poetry, prose, visual art, a field guide entry, photography, or audio/sound. The 2026 Campus Wild program received more than 100 submissions.
