Join us for a short hike with classmates for a mental boost and social time! This ~3.5-mile Wellness Hike in the Peavy Arboretum will be led by guides who will integrate mindfulness techniques and encourage present-moment awareness and meaningful group discussion along the way. 

This is a family friendly hike, and snacks will be provided. Transportation will be available to those who need a ride to the hike location.
