Career Conversations are a signature event of our award-winning Blueprint education to career curriculum. Our goal is to help support the evolution of our future leaders while providing them with the tangible skills they'll need in the workforce. 

During Career Conversations, you will have the opportunity to meet with our first-year business and design students who will be close to finishing their first year on-campus. As a volunteer, you will share your story and facilitate an interactive discussion among a small group of students. Our students are eager to glean from your personal and professional experiences to learn about how you arrived to where you are today. Whether you're recounting a memorable college experience or discussing how you decided on a career path, your story matters.
