Launching this term - The College of Business Thought Leadership Series!

The College of Business Thought Leadership Series aims to spotlight some of the innovative and thought-provoking research being spearheaded by faculty within the college. While focusing on industry-related, research-driven content, the goal of the Thought Leadership Series is to give the audience a high-impact experience – leaving them with an overall sense of curiosity and inspiration. Contributing to the college’s brand, this Thought Leadership Series is a curated opportunity to showcase the expertise of faculty within the college and amplify the benefits of business research.

Join us for the first of three Thought Leadership Series Virtual Events this Spring Term on May 2nd at 12:00 PM (PST) where we'll be featuring Dr. Keith Leavitt – the College of Business Associate Dean for Research, Betty S. Henry Amundson Faculty Scholar in Ethics, and Professor of Management. "AI and Employee Management: The Impact on Trust in the Workplace" will highlight Keith's research on using AI features in today’s workplace to manage and evaluate employee performance challenges us to think about the influence of machine learning on manager-employee trust.
