Through group work and role plays participants will learn about bias incidents, what they look like, and their impact on different learning and work environments. Participants will develop a more comprehensive understanding of OSU’s bias intervention framework and protocol as well familiarize themselves with institutional resources.  Led by Jeff Kenney of the Office of Institutional Diversity.
