Department of Biochemistry and Biophysics: The Community Building committee is excited to invite you to a BB event on Wednesday, May 14 from 4-5:30 pm in LPSC 402 (normal seminar time). This year we are focusing on connection, fun and food, especially in light of the uncertainty and stress we’ve all been dealing with. Here’s what’s happening:

• International BB Panel – We’ll be hosting a short, informal panel featuring an undergrad, grad, and post-doc/faculty member sharing their experiences as international scientist in our department. Come listen, share and support your colleagues!
• Potluck – We are also having a potluck! We’d love for folks to bring a dish that connects to their identity in any way you choose! Could be a cultural dish, family recipe, or just something that feels like “you.” Nothing fancy or labor intensive necessary, just bring anything you are excited to share! A sign-up sheet for food items is linked here. Please include what you plan to bring.
