Community Dialogue: Stigma Around Asking for Help

Community Dialogues seek to cultivate connection and deep learning through the exploration of critical and contentious issues. This series is focused on providing space for participants to practice the skills of dialogue and deliberation.

At this community dialogue, we learn more about motivation and then break into small groups for dialogue.

Space is limited.  Register on the Community Engagement & Leadership homepage to receive Zoom information.

What to expect:

  • Welcome (main room)
  • Greeting & Introductions (break-out rooms)
  • Opening Remarks & Dialogue Foundations (main room)
  • Dialogue, Reflection & Action-Oriented Closing (break-out rooms)

This event is dialogic in nature. As such, we may not be able to accommodate late arrivals. We ask that participants attend the full hour and a half.

Presented by Community Engagement & Leadership, the Office of Institutional Diversity, and University Housing & Dining Services.  For more information or accommodations for disabilities, contact 541-737-3041 or cel@oregonstate.edu.
