• 11:30 a.m. – Welcome & Lunch
• Noon to 1:30 p.m. – Staff Selection & Screening
  Learn best practices for recruiting, screening, and selecting staff who prioritize safety and align with your program’s values.
• 1:45–2:45 p.m. – Incident Reporting & Escalation
  Understand the critical steps in identifying, documenting, and responding to safety concerns effectively and responsibly.
• 3-4 p.m. – Participant Enrollment Roundtable
  Participate in an open discussion to share tips, troubleshoot challenges, and streamline your registration process.
