  Associate Professor of English at the University of Texas at Austin. His 
 varied research interests include historical fiction\, science fiction\, m
 edia studies\, the environmental humanities\, and infrastructure studies. 
 Dr. Baker was a founding member of the Good Systems Ethical AI Texas Grand
  Challenge and is currently the leader of the “Living and Working with R
 obots” team.
