The Fixathon event will provide a designated time and on-demand support service for folks working on making their digital materials more accessible.  

Registration is encouraged but not required to attend.  

We will provide: 

•  Accessibility specialists 

• A structured workspace with Wi-Fi 

• Follow-up support/resources 

Participants should bring:  

• A laptop (or device for editing course materials) 

• One or more materials to fix: 

• Word, Google Docs, or PDF files 

• PowerPoint/Slides 

• Canvas pages or modules 

• Images needing alt text 

• Videos needing captions 

• Access credentials for Canvas, Box/Drive, or media platforms
