Distinguished Professor Lecture - David Williams: Eat-Live Eat-Die: Carcinogens and Anti-carcinogens in Food

We've all heard the old saying, "You are what you eat," but to what extent does what you eat really affect your health? Distinguished Professor David Williams is the Linus Pauling Institute Helen P. Rumbel Professor for Cancer Prevention in the College of Agricultural Sciences and an internationally recognized expert in the field of toxicology. Join us to learn firsthand about his research on diet and health.

The highest honor for OSU professors, the Distinguished Professor designation is awarded on a competitive basis to professors who have made pioneering contributions in their areas of expertise, achieved distinction and are nationally and internationally recognized for their accomplishments in research, scholarly or creative work as well as outreach and service.
