How do we meaningfully communicate the story of our teaching? In this session, participants will explore OSU’s Quality Teaching Framework, including new Faculty Senate endorsed language related to quality teaching in the Promotion and Tenure guidelines. The session will offer practical strategies for articulating teaching effectiveness, innovation, and impact. Participants will leave with concrete approaches for highlighting quality teaching in P&T dossiers and annual review documents.
