ROCC: Progress on the HCIC and OSU's foundations for AI-enabled research

View map Free EventCome learn how the university is building the foundations needed to achieve the research goals of PWS through construction of the Huang Collaborative Innovation Complex (Huang CIC) and investments in artificial intelligence. Interim Provost Batten will provide updates on construction of the Huang CIC building, the AI and transdisciplinary programs planned for the HCIC, and AI @ OSU and other initiatives. Anthony Koppers, AVP for Research Advancement and Strategy, will share work underway and planned to develop coordinated and scaled up support for research computing in preparation for the arrival of the NVIDIA supercomputer in 2026, and he’ll share the new opportunities this will create for pursuit of computing-driven and AI-enabled research projects.
