This course takes a look at efficiency and various belay methods, knots, rope management systems and the building blocks of self rescue. This course is a prerequisite for Self Rescue and other higher-level courses. This course is on Tuesday and Thursday from 7 - 10 p.m. from Oct. 18-27, 2022.
