The CEOAS Professional Learning Community and the Oregon State Graduate School presents a presentation from invited speaker, Dr. Laura Pulido, recipient of the 2018 Harold M. Rose Award for Anti-Racism Research and Practice from the American Association of Geographers (AAG). This Event is Free and Open to the Public.
Dr. Pulido is a race scholar in geography and critical ethnic studies whose commitment to anti-racist practice is central to her work. Through her research, she explores “the racial processes that shape place and how place informs race.“
