This two hour class takes you through the history of champagne, teaches you how champagne is made, discusses different styles of champagne, examines aroma/flavor training specific to champagne wines, and shows you how you can decipher champagne wine labels. 

Wines tasted in class include examples of champagnes made from different grapes (blanc de blanc and blanc de noir) and examples of different styles of champagnes.
