Sign up for a behind-the-scenes tour of the Hatfield Marine Science Center Aquaculture Lab, discussions about sustainable seafood, food from the ocean (taste test bacon-flavored seaweed), and visit the Yaquina Bay Ocean Cluster Lab to learn about their work to address food security as a community-based Food Hub. Walk on the beach, enjoy a light meal on our return trip arriving back at OSU about 7PM.
