If you’re an OSU undergraduate from any major who wants to explore food from novel perspectives, join us at a tailgate-themed launch party as the Nutrition and Dietetics Club kicks off the FOOD TRAIL!

What's Food Trail?

Get in on Oregon road trips and hands-on, private education experiences fueled by OSU expertise, which culminate in an optional pitch competition with prizes and an opportunity for service learning.

The Food Trail begins in fall 2023 and is offered by the Nutrition and Dietetics Club.

Events this fall include:

• Pumpkin Patch/Small Farm Practices
• Food and Our Ocean!
•  Fabulous Fungi!
•  Taste of First Foods: A Native American cultural food experience

Topics during these events include:

• exploring local food and nutrition organizations and businesses
• food insecurity
• sustainable food production
• social media content development related to food and nutrition
• food truck model as a means of influencing food choices
