How to Meditate is a gentle, progressive mindfulness training with meditation teacher, Will Duncan, and Marigold Director, Kate Gallagher. Supports a flourishing practice, comprehension of a meditative path, and community. Highly relevant to beginner and experienced meditators alike, it is open to all and free. Mondays, 5:30-6:30 p.m. via Zoom, starting Oct. 13. Best engaged as a series, you can also drop-in as you like!
