If you are using well water it is important to test it for nitrate every 1-3 years. We will test your nitrate for free and it only takes about 10 minutes if clinic is not busy. Just bring 1/2 cup of unfiltered well water in a clean cup. Why? Nitrate has been associated with a type of blue-baby syndrome, and there are emerging concerns about other potential health problems associated with nitrate in drinking water. An educator will be on site to answer questions about domestic wells and septic systems.
