If you are using well water it is important to test it for nitrate every 1-3 years. We will test your nitrate for free and it only takes about 10 minutes if clinic is not busy. Just bring 1/2 cup of unfiltered well water in a clean cup. Why? Nitrate has been associated with a type of blue-baby syndrome, and there are emerging concerns about other potential health problems associated with nitrate in drinking water. An educator will be on-site to answer questions about domestic wells and septic systems.
