What to bring:

• Tax Information (Forms W-2, 1099, 1098, 1095, etc.)
• Social security cards or ITIN letters for all people on tax return
• Picture ID (driver’s license) for you and spouse

Who is eligible?

• Income less than $55,000, not complicated returns
• OSU Students and Corvallis area community
