Do you wonder what makes Oregon olive oil nutritionally special?

In this workshop, experts from the Linus Pauling Institute will explain what their phytochemical analysis can do for olive oil producers. They will present some results from our local Oregon oils, including vitamin and phytochemical content. Share your thoughts about how oil analysis could help improve awareness of Oregon olive oil, get a research update from the OSU Olea Project, and tour the LPI research facilities.
