https://oregonstate-idea.terradotta.com/index.cfm?FuseAction=Programs.ViewProgramAngular&id=11355Join OSU faculty leaders Nick Andrews, Stefan Seiter and Mary Halbleib to learn more about this program and their partnership with the College of Natural Resources at the Royal University of Bhutan for this two-week early fall program Sept. 8-19. This course will give you deep insight into how Tibetan Buddhism is put into practice in Bhutanese culture, architecture, food, music, agriculture, forestry and water resource management. You will also learn key principles of Bhutan’s Gross National Happiness concept and study how it is measured and promoted. We hope this immersive experience will inspire reflection on our own values and how we put them into practice in our lives.

This was very informative and helpful to plan the fall quarter. I look forward to working with the program managers to figure out graduate level credit.
