Are you considering purchasing a Group Fitness Pass? Try these five sampler classes (Zumba, Cycling, Yoga, HIIT and Strength) on Friday, Sept. 23, 2022. These sampler classes will be opportunities for participants who may have not taken a group fitness class to learn the foundational concepts and movements that will facilitate their success.   • Cycling - 4-4:30 p.m.
  • Strength: HIIT - 4:30-5 p.m.
  • Zumba - 5-5:30 p.m.
  • Strength - 5-6 p.m.
  • Yoga - 6-6:30 p.m.
