Group wellness coaching provides an opportunity for you to plan for your wellbeing in a supportive and inclusive environment this term. Sessions start on October 4 and continue each week through November 22. Trained wellness coaches will guide you through conversations with your peers with the aim of making meaningful progress towards your goals. Group coaching relies on the foundational components of personal strengths, wholistic wellness and goal setting.
