Kelsey C. King, PhD Candidate at WSU Vancouver and USFWS Biologist will discuss how the importance of nectar for butterfly populations varies across species and present the example from her own dissertation work with the endangered Fender's blue butterfly (Icaricia icarioides fenderi) and others in the Boisduval's blue species complex (I. icarioides ssp.).
