The Department of Crop and Soil Science (CSS) is pleased to announce that it will be hosting Hyslop Farm Field Day again as an in-person event. Hyslop Farm Field Day has been a long-time open house for sharing the work of the faculty of CSS and our USDA-ARS partners with the public. This will mark the return of the Field Day to our slate of live events and will be the first held since May 2019.

The schedule for this year’s Field Day will include presentations on crop breeding and genetics, agronomic management of grass and legume seed crops, pest biology and management, soil science, and much more. There will also be a welcome by CSS and OSU administrators, expressions of appreciation, and updates on the current state of programs. The Field Day will have a hosted lunch.  The event will be free and open to the public.
