 y and Healthcare Systems\, likewise\, NGOs and healthcare systems in low-i
 ncome countries like Malawi have been hampered more by the Pandemic. LifeC
 are Malawi Foundation is a registered non-profit organization established 
 in Malawi-Africa in 2017 and is equally hampered with the Pandemic like an
 y other local organization in Low-income countries. LifeCare focuses on th
 e five community-based core programs for poverty alleviation\, health\, an
 d development. These include education\, health/medical care\, food securi
 ty\, humanitarian aid\, and community development. With the COVID-19 pande
 mic\, many program activities have been suspended and directed towards the
  prevention\, management and treatment of COVID-19 Pandemic. \n\nPax Matip
 wiri is a Certified Clinician and Public Health Specialist\, the President
  and Founder of LifeCare Malawi Foundation in Africa\, and Hospital Medica
 l Director at LifeCare Medical Centre. He was the former Director of Healt
 h Services for Malamulo Adventist Hospital. He completed his MPH in Intern
 ational Health at Oregon State University and was a Graduate Assistant at 
 OSU’s Center for Global Health. He was also a research assistant at the 
 University of Eastern Africa Baraton in Kenya\, Malawi Adventist Universit
 y in Malawi\, and the University of Malawi-The Polytechnic.  He has 16 yea
 rs of working experience in the medical and public health field both inter
